Harold
The room was fantastic! It had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed with premium bedding to a refrigerator and microwave for convenience. The private bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower was a delightful touch, and the deep soaking bathtub was heavenly after a long day of exploring Nagasaki.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the twin room a bit chilly. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others might actually enjoy it.

I always choose this place for my stay because the staff helped me with bags on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, laundry facilities, and a children's play area. I'm coming back for my holiday!

The hotel has a location that is not directly in the center, which can be a positive for those who prefer a quieter stay. The tram line is a bit far, but the Atomic Bomb Memorial and other popular sites are just a few minutes away on foot. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The room was on the smaller side, which may not be ideal for those who prefer more space.

The attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully maintained antique wood paneling to the ornate fixtures. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added luxury of a Jacuzzi bath in some. The location was perfect, away from the busy Main Street tram line but still close to the memorial site and public transportation. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel right at home. And let's not forget the delicious breakfasts that started each day off on a high note.
Everything was more than okay.

We had a fantastic stay during our city break. The hotel had a charming boutique style, with beautiful wood paneling and ornate fixtures that gave the place a luxurious feel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches like the TV in the bathroom and the tea and coffee facilities in our room. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to key sights in the city and public transport.
One of the downsides of our stay was the entrance to the hotel. As we were walking, we found the steep steps to the entrance quite difficult to manage.
